The “Live” model enables you to participate in two weekly Live Q&A sessions with Dr. Siegel (on Crowdcast), and it also grants you access to our Online Learning Community, where you’ll be able to join study groups and discuss the course content with your peers. Please note that Q&A sessions represent the workshop’s only real-time events, as all lecture content is pre-recorded and asynchronous.
Upon registration, you’ll receive immediate access to the first two course segments, and further material will be rolled out incrementally beginning on the course’s official start-date. (See below for how this incremental distribution will work.) You will be able to work through the content at your leisure.
The course is self-paced, and you will maintain lifetime access to all of its lectures and study materials.
The “On-demand” model contains all of the same pre-recorded lecture content, but it does not include access to our live weekly Q&A sessions with Dr. Siegel, or our Online Learning Community. Should you sign up for this version, you’ll gain immediate access to all course segments–so you can begin learning right away!
