The “Live” model enables you to participate in 3 Live Q&A sessions with Dr. Siegel, and it also grants you access to our Online Learning Community, where you’ll be able to join study groups and discuss the course content with your peers. Please note that Q&A sessions represent the workshop’s only real-time events, as all lecture content is pre-recorded and asynchronous.
On the course’s start date, March 25th, “Live” students will gain access to the first batch of lecture materials, and additional content will be published incrementally–on each Monday of the program’s duration. Participants will be able to work through these materials at their leisure: The course is self-paced, and students will maintain lifetime access to all of its lectures.
The “On-demand” model contains all of the same pre-recorded lecture content, but it does not include access to Live Q&A sessions with Dr. Siegel or our Online Learning Community.
Should you sign up for this version, you’ll gain immediate access to all video materials on the course’s launch date: March 25th. You will then be able to work through the content at your leisure: The course is self-paced, and its lectures and study materials will remain available in your library indefinitely.
