Interpersonal Neurobiology Package for Parents

This package is a collection of two of our courses:
- Mindsight in Everyday Life offers practical tools to improve your relationships and optimize how your mind functions across the lifespan
- Families, Children, and Therapy from the Inside Out provides an in-depth exploration of how to combine the principles of interpersonal neurobiology (“IPNB”) with parenting
These courses will help parents to understand child development and to cultivate resilience and well-being in children.
Learning Objectives:
- Distinguish the basic principles of interpersonal neurobiology.
- Identify at least four aspects of integration and how these help children thrive.
- Summarize the basic findings of attachment research.
- Recognize the four categories of attachment in child and adult.
- Identify four ways in which experience shapes the function and structure of the brain.

Upon completion of course, please mark your status as “complete” and you will obtain immediate access to your exam in your course area. Once you complete and submit your exam, our team will process same. Upon passing the exam with an 80% or better, a digital CE Credit Certificate will be emailed to you once it is available.
